"Having served on both the Town Council and the Board of Education, I have a unique perspective on the inner workings of the town. My philosophy is that we must always remember that the money we spend is money earned by our taxpayers. As a Town Councilor, I must treat tax dollar spending as if I am spending money from my own savings account. We must plan ahead and budget appropriately for everything we do. We need to be creative in our thinking as to how to accomplish our goals with the least impact to our taxpayer “
